Trading Division branded as Tradetor, operating in tie-up with Choice Equity Broking Pvt Ltd (SEBI Regn: INZ000160131), facilitated through Akshat Bhavesh Vora.

Investment Division branded as Tick Funds, working independently and directly empanelled with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), FD issuers, and precious metals distributor Augmont. AMFI Registration Number: ARN 35275.

Insurance Division branded as Tushil, working in tie-up with Safetynet Insurance Service Pvt Ltd, IRDAI Registration No: CA0785, offering life, health, and general insurance for both individuals and corporates.

SERNET does not provide portfolio management or investment advisory services under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. Our engagement is limited to distribution, facilitation, and client servicing under each respective vertical.

We do not exercise discretion over client investments or decisions. All investment and insurance decisions must be undertaken solely by the client or under advisement from a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, if applicable.

SERNET earns commissions or trail incomes from financial product manufacturers and partners. Below is a breakdown:

From Trading via Choice Equity: We receive a share of brokerage revenue for client transactions.

From Investments via Tick Funds: We receive upfront and/or trail commissions from AMCs, PMSs, AIFs, FD providers and Augmont for Digital Gold / Silver transactions.

From Insurance via Tushil: We earn standard industry commissions from Safetynet for life, health, and liability insurance policies.

All compensation is product-linked and varies by manufacturer, product category, and client transaction size.

As we earn revenue through product distribution, there exists a potential for conflict of interest. However, SERNET is committed to client-first principles and full commission transparency upon request.

SERNET covenants that as a AMFI registered distributor it strictly adheres to and complies with the Code of Conduct for Distributors (“Code of Conduct”) and in compliance with the Code of Conduct and SEBI Circular bearing No. SEBI/IMD/CIR/No. 4/168230/09 dated June 30, 2009, discloses to you and all other investors availing the Services, that it receives commissions from the AMCs it partners with.
