The net margins of the company have been stable in the 15-16% range, while the EBITDA margins have been stable around the 25% range. The ROE has been on the wane, which can be attributed to the falling asset turnover ratio, with revenue growth not keeping pace with the asset expansion. This would stabilize once the growth phase comes to normal.

At the IPO price of ₹300 (upper band), the stock gets discounted at a P/E ratio of 36.0X, based on the latest FY26 EPS of ₹8.33. That is the growth trigger for the company. Also, its debt levels are fairly low with 0.15X debt/equity ratio.
The low asset turnover could be attributed to the goodwill capitalized and high levels of current assets in the business. The company also brings some added merits to the table. It has a strong export franchise and has a dominant position in the heat sensor segment it operates in. Its balanced mix of project and MRO revenues ensures a mix of annuity and one-time flows. Investors can look at the IPO from a long-term investment perspective, largely due to its leadership position in India and its strong export franchise.
