VALUATION METRICS OF ADVIT JEWELS LTD IPO

At the IPO price of ₹138, and EPS of ₹7.92 for FY25, the P/E works out to about 17.4X. However, if we consider the annualized EPS of the first 9 months of FY26, then the P/E looks more reasonable at around 13.0X.

However, the jewellery business tends to be quite heterogeneous and hence P/E may not give the full picture. The company brings to the table key advantages like full stack manufacturing chain, range of designs, and solid risk management. The stock quote at a P/E at par with competition, so upsides may be limited unless there is a strong narrative.
