#SEBI regulations directs clients to keep their account balances separate segment wise — Although we have two different bank accounts for Equity Cash and FnO segments, at present we allow only deposit in Cash Segment. Clients can transfer funds to the SERNET account in following ways.
Payment Gateway
Funds can be transferred instantly through net banking from our Trading Application
Maximum Fund Transfer Limit at a time : ₹25 Lakhs.
Charges : ₹9 + 18% GST will be levied for such transfers.
Time Taken to apply credit and assign limit to your account : 1 hour from successful fund transfer.
Bank Transfer through IMPS | NEFT | RTGS | Cheque Deposit
Funds can be transferred online through net banking from your Bank Account or by depositing a Cheque in our Bank Account.

Maximum Fund Transfer Limit at a time : Limited to the Cap you have set in your Online Banking Setup or the Amount you have put in the Cheque.
Charges : Respective Bank Charges may apply if any. No charges from SERNET side.
Time Taken to apply credit and assign limit to your account :
IMPS : 2 hours from successful fund transfer.
NEFT / RTGS : 4 hours from successful fund transfer.
Cheque Deposit : 3 – 4 working days from successful Cheque Deposit followed by Positive Clearance. 1 working day in case same bank clearance.
Note:
- Please inform us about fund transfer along with your Trading ID and Bank Transaction Details at [email protected]
- Please ensure that fund transfer has taken place from registered bank details.
- Please ensure that correct SERNET bank details are filled in or Cheque deposited in.
- Please note there will be charges levied from SERNET side in case there is any Instruction Failure or Cheque Dishonor occurs.
- Fund transfer for NRO NON PIS Account is the same. We dont open NRO / NRE PIS Account, hence dont follow the respective process.
IMPORTANT : If an email or call is received from someone claiming to be from SERNET asking for fund transfers to an account number that is not listed above, please refrain yourself from doing so and seek clarification by mailing us at [email protected]

#Trading Application / Online Back Office
Request for Funds Withdrawal can be made from our Trading Application or Online Back Office Application.
Maximum Fund Withdrawal Request Limit at a time : Clear Balance in the ledger.
Cut Off Time :
Week Day : 4pm to 10pm
Week End / Public Holiday : Request can be made on the next working day.
Time Taken to credit your account :
Irrespective from where the request has been made, the credit will happen on the next working day.
IMPORTANT : Please note that Funds Deposited can not be withdrawn on the same day irrespective of any reason whatsoever due to reconciliation requirement.
Request through registered eMail ID
Request for Funds Withdrawal can be made from your registered eMail ID only at [email protected]. Please note that we do not take any fund withdrawal request through Phone / Mobile or any type of Verbal Instructions. Although one can submit a written application in person at our registered office at Mumbai.
Maximum Fund Withdrawal Request Limit at a time : Clear Balance in the ledger.
